I want a fitness update man, how much weight have you lost so far chubs? Im still gettin my butt in the gym over here on a regular basis. I put up 247.5lbs on bench yesterday, damn my body is lookin sexy...
you just have to cut your calories, easier said than done though in the states. Id suggest not buying so much food so you dont have the opportunity to eat at home when you want to snack. I dont eat breakfast since I wake up late, not the healthiest thing, but I work out first thing in the afternoon then eat after my exercise. Ive done this for several months and its helped me burn a good amount of excess fat. This cycle has conditioned me to get used to eating about twice a day and I eat a lot of tuna, chicken, some pasta, fruit, veggies, protein drink, and a little bit of junk food. Try it man, it takes discipline, but if you get past the initial 1 month hump, its easy. When you get hungry in between meals, then eat something high protein and low fat ex. tuna sandwich/protein drink/small chicken&rice bowl etc.
who says girls are the only ones self-conscience about their bodies? we should have more conversations like this. then we can compare each others weights and then penis size.
Guys want to look good for the girls too ^_^, but we arent EVEN CLOSE to being as wrapped up about our looks as chicks. That being said, women have to worry more about their looks, cuz thats what is going to get them a BF or not. Guys can still be chubby/old/unattractive but get bitches if theyve got money/charm/fun personality. As far as penis size goes, its fun to use the female oral cavity for measurement. I love women who can go the distance! HAHAHAHA!

Wow, holy shit. I can probably max 180 - 185. Right now I'm doing 10 reps of 165 with a little difficulty.

btw, if you can put 165lbs up 10 times, then you should be able to do around 215lbs for 1 rep. A lot more than the 185lbs that you thought.
